Health Educational Media is a digital educational marketplace serving health science students, faculty, and institutions. We offer:

- A multi-vendor marketplace where faculty and educators can sell their materials
- Free educational resources and blog content

2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 17 years old or have parental consent
- You must provide accurate registration information
- You are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality
- One person per account; sharing login credentials is prohibited
3. Account Registration
You may register as a Student, Faculty Member, or Vendor/Seller. All vendor accounts require admin approval.
4. Purchases — Students
- All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR) and include applicable taxes
- Payment is processed via Razorpay (secure PCI-DSS compliant)
- Upon successful payment, you receive instant digital download access
- Materials are for personal, non-commercial, educational use only
- Sharing, redistribution, or resale of purchased materials is strictly prohibited
- Each purchase is linked to your account
5. Digital Delivery
All products are digital downloads. There is no physical shipping. Download links are available immediately after successful payment via your account dashboard and email confirmation.
6. Vendor Terms (Sellers)
6.1 Vendor Registration
Faculty members, educators, and content creators may register as vendors to sell educational materials. Approval is at our discretion.
6.2 Content Requirements
- You must own all rights or have permission for content you upload
- Content must be educational in nature and relevant to health science
- Content must not infringe copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property
- Content must be accurate, well-formatted, and provide genuine educational value
- No plagiarized, pirated, or illegally obtained material
6.3 Commission Structure
- Platform commission: 10% of each sale
- Vendor earnings: 90% of each sale
- Razorpay fees (approximately 2%) are deducted separately
- Vendor payouts are processed per our payout schedule to the registered bank account
6.4 Vendor Responsibilities
- Respond to customer queries promptly
- Maintain quality standards
- Keep tax records (GST registration if turnover exceeds threshold)
- Pay applicable Indian taxes on earnings
7. Intellectual Property
- All platform code, design, branding, and logo belong to Health Educational Media
- Vendors retain copyright of uploaded content but grant us a license to display, market, and sell it on our platform
- Buyers receive a limited, non-transferable personal-use license
- Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or sharing is a violation of Indian Copyright Act 1957
8. Prohibited Activities
You may not:
- Share your account credentials
- Download materials to redistribute, resell, or publish elsewhere
- Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) on the Service
- Attempt to hack, exploit, or disrupt the Service
- Upload illegal, harmful, or infringing content (vendors)
- Harass other users, vendors, or support staff
- Create multiple accounts to abuse promotions

10. Content Accuracy Disclaimer
Educational materials are provided for study purposes. We do not guarantee accuracy, completeness, or that materials will match any specific exam syllabus or university curriculum. Always verify with your official curriculum.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law:
- The Service is provided “as is” without warranties
- We are not liable for exam results, academic outcomes, or decisions based on our content
- Our maximum liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 3 months prior to the claim
12. Account Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may close your account anytime by contacting us.
13. Changes to Terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be notified. Continued use after changes = acceptance.
14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction
These terms are governed by Indian law. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of India.
