How do I buy study materials?
Browse our shop, select the materials you need, add them to cart, and complete checkout via secure Razorpay payment. You will receive instant download access after successful payment.
How do I download my purchased materials?
After successful payment, download links will be shown on the Thank You page and sent to your registered email. You can also access all your downloads anytime from My Account → Downloads.
Are the downloads instant?
Yes. The moment your payment is confirmed by Razorpay, download links become active. No waiting, no shipping delays.
What format are the materials in?
Most materials are in PDF format for easy viewing on any device (phone, tablet, laptop). Some products may include additional formats like PPT or Word documents — check the product description for specifics.
Can I download the same material multiple times?
Yes. Once purchased, you have unlimited downloads from your account. We recommend downloading to multiple devices for backup.
Do I need to create an account to buy?
Guest checkout is enabled for faster buying. However, we strongly recommend creating a free account so you can access your downloads anytime, view order history, and get notified of new materials.

What payment methods are accepted?
All major Indian payment methods via Razorpay: UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm), credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), net banking, and wallets.
Is my payment secure?
Yes. All payments are processed by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS Level 1 certified payment gateway (the highest security standard). We never see or store your card details.
Why are the prices in rupees (₹)?
We are a 100% India-focused platform. All prices are in Indian Rupees. International students can still purchase using international cards.
Why are some materials free?
We offer selected free resources as a trust-building gesture and to help students who cannot afford paid materials. Browse all free items at Free Resources.
Do you offer discounts for bulk purchases?
Yes, institutional and bulk purchase discounts are available. Please email healtheducationalmedia@gmail.com with your requirements.
Do you offer student discounts?

🔄Refunds & Issues
What is your refund policy?
Since these are digital downloads, refunds are generally not provided after download. However, if you face technical issues, received the wrong file, or the material is severely misrepresented, we will refund or replace. Full details: Refund Policy.
My download link is not working. What do I do?
First try: (1) Clear your browser cache and try again, (2) Try a different browser or device, (3) Check your spam folder for the download email. If still not working, email us with your order number at healtheducationalmedia@gmail.com — we respond within 24 hours.
I paid but did not get the download. Help!
Check: (1) The Thank You page right after payment, (2) Your email inbox + spam folder, (3) My Account → Orders. If the order status is "On Hold", payment may still be verifying — wait 5-10 minutes. Still stuck? Email us with your order number.
The material I bought seems incomplete / wrong. What now?
Email healtheducationalmedia@gmail.com within 48 hours with: your order number, product name, and screenshot of the issue. We will investigate with the vendor and either replace or refund.

Which courses do you cover?
We cover health science programs including: Nursing (BSc, GNM, ANM, MSc), Medical (MBBS, MD/MS), Paramedical (DMLT, Radiology, BPT, Optometry), Allied Health, Public Health, Pharmacy (D.Pharm, B.Pharm, M.Pharm), Dental (BDS, MDS), and Ayurveda. New courses added regularly.
Are materials aligned to my university syllabus?
Materials are organized by course, year, and subject. However, syllabi vary by university. Always cross-check the content against your official curriculum before relying on it for exams.
How current is the content?
Content is contributed by faculty and educators. We encourage vendors to keep materials updated, but always verify with your current syllabus. Report outdated materials to us.
Can I use these materials for commercial purposes?
No. All materials are licensed for personal educational use only. Reselling, redistributing, or sharing on torrent sites violates copyright and will result in account suspension and legal action if needed.
Can I share materials with my classmates?
Please no. Each purchase is for personal use. Sharing hurts the educators who created the content. Classmates can get their own copy affordably from us. See Terms.
Do you offer sample / preview before purchase?
Many products include a preview or description. We also offer free sample materials so you can judge quality before buying.

How can I sell my teaching materials on HE Media?
Register as a vendor at Sell With Us. After approval, you can upload study materials, set your own prices, and start earning. We take 10% platform commission; you keep 90% of each sale.
What is the vendor commission structure?
Vendors earn 90% of each sale. Platform takes 10% commission. Razorpay payment gateway fees (~2%) apply separately.
How often are payouts processed?
Vendor earnings are processed per our payout schedule to your registered bank account. Login to Vendor Dashboard to track earnings.
Who can become a vendor?
Faculty members, educators, healthcare professionals, researchers, and content creators with original, quality educational materials relevant to health science education. All vendor accounts are reviewed before approval.
What type of materials can I sell?
Study notes, PDFs, question banks, model papers, clinical records, lecture PPTs, teaching resources, lesson plans, MCQ sets, nursing care plans, drug study formats — any educational material relevant to health science.
Can I update my materials after publishing?
Yes. Login to your vendor dashboard and update any product details or files anytime. Students who already purchased will have access to the updated version.

How do I create an account?
Click "My Account" in the top menu or visit /my-account/. Enter your email, create a password, and you are set.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?
Go to My Account → Lost Password. Enter your email, and a reset link will be sent to you.
Can I change my email address?
Yes. Login → My Account → Account Details. Change your email and save. You will need to verify the new email.
How do I delete my account?
Email healtheducationalmedia@gmail.com from your registered email requesting account deletion. We will process within 7 days. Note: Order history may be retained for tax/legal compliance per Indian law.
Can I install HE Media as an app on my phone?
Yes! On Chrome (Android) or Safari (iOS), tap your browser menu and select "Add to Home Screen" or "Install App". The site works like a real app with offline support.
What devices work with HE Media?
Any modern device: Android phones/tablets, iPhone/iPad, Windows/Mac laptops, Linux. Just needs a modern browser (Chrome, Safari, Firefox, Edge).

Is my data safe?
Yes. We use SSL encryption, secure hosting, and never share your data with third parties except as required for order processing (payment gateway) or by law. Full details: Privacy Policy.
Do you sell my email to third parties?
Absolutely not. Your email is used only for order confirmations, download links, and (if you subscribe) our newsletter. You can unsubscribe anytime.
How do I unsubscribe from emails?
Click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any marketing email, or email healtheducationalmedia@gmail.com. You will still receive essential order emails.
What is your copyright policy?
All materials are copyrighted. Unauthorized distribution violates Indian Copyright Act 1957. Report piracy to healtheducationalmedia@gmail.com. See full Terms.
